Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A:  Because we care about customer satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be exchanged within 3 business days. The hair must be in its original condition (no installation, cutting or other altering of the hair) and must be in its original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Q: Are your extensions 100% Virgin Hair?

A: Yes our extensions are 100% Virgin Hair which means that they can be colored, flat ironed, and curled.

Q: How long does your Virgin Hair extensions last?

A: The longevity of your product depends upon how well you take care of your extensions. With good and proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last for up to two to three years.

Q: Can I use styling products on my Virgin Hair Extensions?

A: Yes you can use styling products on your extensions but we recommend that you keep products to a minimum to avoid build up. We strongly suggest AVOIDING alcohol base products because this will cause your extensions to dry up.

Q: Can I color my hair extensions?

A: Our hair is %100 unprocessed raw virgin hair and can be colored and dyed.

Q: What color are the hair extensions?

A: All of our hair comes in a natural color and each bundle is from one donor. The hair is a consistent color and texture per bundle.

Q: Can I straighten or curl my hair extensions?

A: All of our hair can be straightened or curled.

Q: Can I swim in my hair extensions?

A: Yes you can swim in your hair extensions but we suggest that you condition your extensions before and after swimming or this can cause chemical build up in your hair which will damage your extensions.

Q: How many bundles will I need for a full sew in?

A: We suggest 3 bundles for inches 14-22. 4 Bundles should be used for inches 24 and up.
